No Prize Pool Model

EquizBattle does NOT operate on a prize pool, pot-based, or wagering distribution model commonly associated with online betting:

• No Prize Pools: We do not collect participant fees into a pooled prize fund for redistribution
• No Wagering: Participants do not wager or bet against each other
• No Pot Distribution: There is no shared pot divided among top finishers

4.2 Fair Assessment

• Not use any automated systems, bots, or scripts
• Not collude with other participants
• Not attempt to manipulate quiz results
• Answer questions independently without referring to external sources

4.3 Quiz Participation

• Participation fees are clearly displayed before joining
• Once entered, fees are non-refundable unless quiz is cancelled
• Spots are limited and filled on first-come, first-served basis

4.4 Scoring and Results

• Upload malicious code or viruses

• Software code and algorithms
• Logo, branding, and design elements
• Text, graphics, and multimedia
