3. Account Registration and Security

4. Contest Rules and Gameplay

EquizBattle is a 100% skill-based quiz competition platform. Success depends entirely on your knowledge and speed, not on chance or luck.

4.2 Fair Play

Users must:

• Compete honestly without external assistance or tools
• Not use any automated systems, bots, or scripts
• Not collude with other players
• Not attempt to manipulate contest results
• Answer questions independently without referring to external sources

4.3 Contest Entry

• Entry fees are clearly displayed before joining
• Once entered, fees are non-refundable unless contest is cancelled
• Spots are limited and filled on first-come, first-served basis
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule contests

4.4 Scoring and Results

• Scores are calculated based on correct answers and response time
• Results are final once the contest ends
• In case of ties, prizes may be split equally
• We reserve the right to review and verify results

5. Wallet and Payments

5.1 Deposits

• Add funds using approved payment methods
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply
• Deposits are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy
• Payment processing fees may apply

5.2 Performance Rewards and Redemptions

• Performance rewards are credited to your wallet immediately after contest completion
• Minimum redemption amount is ₹100
• Redemptions processed within 24-48 hours
• KYC verification required for redemptions above certain limits
• Applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per Indian law

5.3 Bonus and Promotional Funds

• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly
• Must be used for contest entries as per promotion terms
• Expiration dates may apply
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or copy platform content without permission
• Manipulate or exploit platform vulnerabilities

7. Intellectual Property

All content on EquizBattle, including but not limited to:

• Quiz questions and answers
• Software code and algorithms
• Logo, branding, and design elements
• Text, graphics, and multimedia

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EquizBattle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 6 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law
